It's a long time not log-in my Guild Wars 2 account, and when I log in last night, it says that my account was locked! What should I do to thaw my account?
That's too bad for me. I've look the info in the forum, and write an email according to the guide. ArenaNet has reviewed it but still not work now. What's a bad thing they have done, as I have spent so much money buying Guild Wars 2 gold to play it.
At last, I log in the official site https://account.guildwars2.com/recovery with my CDkey recovery, thanks God, it's ok now.
